Rustem Aidarbekovich began his professional career at the United Nations Development Program in Kazakhstan in 1999, where he came after graduating from the Kokshetau State University named after Sh. Ualikhanov with a degree in Computer Science and Engineering.

In 2003, he began working at National Information Technologies JSC and took part in the creation of state databases, the introduction of electronic document management for state bodies.

In 2015, he graduated from Boston University (USA) with a master's degree in Information Systems with a specialization in Cybersecurity, and is a scholarship holder of the Bolashak program.

In 2005, Galiya Baizhanovna graduated from the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in World Economy. In 2009, she began her professional career as a senior lecturer in disciplines - finance, banking risks, taxes, public finance management, public finance.

In 2013, began working at the Center for International Programs JSC. Over the years, she worked as the chief manager of the department for work with graduates, the head of the department - the Department of Asia, Oceania and the CIS, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Vice President for Financial Affairs.

In JSC "Center for International Programs" supervised the financing of scholarship holders of the international scholarship "Bolashak", IT activities, administrative and economic activities.

Galiya Baizhanovna has a PhD degree in Economics from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

Studied under the Bolashak program, where received an MSc degree in Corporate and International Finance, Durham University (UK).

MBA degree in the specialty "Financial risk manager", master's degree from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
